Gladys M. Henske, 82, of 689 Quillet Dr., Beaverton, died Friday, Feb. 7, in 
the Clare Nursing Home after a long illnes. Born in Charlotte Feb. 26, 1903, 
she came to Gladwin County 25 years ago from Merrill. The former Gladys Radle, 
she was married to Fred C. Henske Feb. 11, 1926, in Freeland. He preceded her 
in death Sept. 11, 1981. Surviving are 3 nieces Ilah Johnson and Helen Lovett 
of Roseville and Marie Phillips of Harrisville. Rites were held Sunday at 2 
p.m. from the Hall Funeral Home, Beaverton Chapel. The Rev. Paul Wargo 
officiated and burial was in the Dale Cemetery.
