Page - ? Mrs. Mabel L. Knake of Rt#3, Beaverton, Tobacco Township, passed away May 24, at the Clare Osteopathic Hospital following a long illness. Mrs. Knake was born in Wayne County, February 4, 1911. She was 60 years old at the time of her death. She had been a resident of Tobacco Township for 35 years and a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Sanford. The former Mabel Bourlieler, married Arnold Knake in Gladwin County, November 11, 1931. Survivors are her husband; three sons, Lawrence of Coleman, Arnold Jr., of Flint and Thomas of Beaverton; two daughters, Jean Young of Flint and Mrs. Joyce Roy of Midland; 14 grandchildren; three brothers, Dwight, Harley and George Bourlieler, all of Detroit; three sisters, Mrs. Maxine Martin of Gladwin and Mrs. Florence Cerwonka and Mrs. Ruth Wilson, both of Arizona. Services will be held at the Hall Funeral Home in Beaverton, Thursday, May 27, at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Newman of Sanford officiating. Burial made in the Dale Cemetery.
