Gladwin County Record dated 09-23/1987 Column - 3 Page - 2   
Willis A. Lane, 80, of Naples, Fla., died Monday, Sept. 21, after a long 
illness. Born in Beaverton July 24, 1907, he left about 1925 and spent most of 
his life in the Los Angles, Calif., area. Mr. Lane was a retired interior 
decorator.
   Surviving are a brother, Franklin of St. Clair Shores; one sister, Beatrice 
Shafer of Beaverton; and 2 nephews. The body was cremated and a memorial 
service will be held in Naples. Interment will be in the Beaverton Cemetery.
