She had been ill for about eight months. A Gladwin county resident for 57 years, Mrs. Lidster was born in Paulding County, Ohio, on September 6, 1894. In 1912 the former Miss Christena Bell Priest was married to Charles Lidster in Gladwin county. She is survived by her husband, Charles, five daughters, Mrs. Raymond Rioux, of Bay City, Mrs. Merle Arehart, of Ludington, Mrs. Dorothy Robinson, Mrs. Elton Powers Jr., and Mrs. Stanley Witer, all of Beaverton; four sons, Harold, of Marquette, Kenneth, of Ohio, Gerald of Austin, Texas, and Richard, of Beaverton; one sister, Mrs. Jack Gerling, of Muskegon; two brothers, Fred and Carl Priest, of Beaverton; and an aunt, Mr. Mary Duggan, of Gladwin; 22 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. at the Hall Funeral Home with the Elder Samuel Pendleton officiating. Burial will be in the Beaverton cemetery.
