Gladwin County Record dated 03-07/1984 Column - 4 Page - 2   
Mrs. Ida L. Lipke, 86, of Midand and formerly of Beaverton, died at the Town 
and Country Nursing Home. Born in Bad Axe on March 25, 1897, and had lived 
most of her life at Beaverton until coming to Hope and Midland several years 
ago.
   Her first husband, Henry Scheele died about 1937, and she later married 
Edward Lipke who died in 1953. She was a member of the Reorganized Church of 
Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Surviving are a niece, Mrs. Leona 
Caldecourt of Midland; A son, Donald Scheele, died as a child several years 
ago.
   Rites were held at the Miner Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Friday with burial in 
the Dale Cemetery, Beaverton.
