EDITH A. MCDONALD

   Mrs. Edith A. McDonald, 83, formerly of Beaverton passed away Friday, June 
18, at a Lansing hospital. A resident of Lansing since 1936, she was a member 
of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for 74 years. 
She was a former house mother at St. Lawrence McAuley Hall Nurses Home and a 
former employee of Michigan Bell Telephone and the Masonic Temple.
   Surviving are two sons, Leon L. of Beaverton and David L. of Lansing; one 
daughter, Mrs. Saleem (Velma) Horaney of Lansing; eight grandchildren; and 
eight great grandchildren. Funeral services were held Monday, June 21, at 1:00 
p.m., at the Gorsline - Runiman East Chapel, East Lansing and burial was made 
in the Beaverton cemetery.
