SERVICES HELD for ESSIE MCKIMMY

   Mrs. Essie A. McKimmy, 81, of Beaverton, died Thursday, July 2, in the 
Gladwin Hospital after a short illness. Born in Birch Run on July 29, 1888. 
She had spent most of her life in Gladwin County. The former Essie Lampson, 
she was married to Edson McKimmy on April 16, 1908 in Beaverton. Surviving are 
two sons, Donald of Fenton and Ernest, of Adrian; four grandchildren and five 
great grandchildren. One daughter, Clayma preceded her in death. Services were 
held Sunday at 1: 30 p.m. from the Hall Funeral Home. The Rev. F.E. Voller 
officiated and burial was in the Dale Cemetery.

Note: Parents for Essie (Lampson) McKimmy is currently Unknown. Possible 
father is: Jonas P. Lampson of VT? Later adopted by: William Lampson & Isabel 
Coon Lampson?
