CAROLINE MCKIMMY DIES JAN. 6 AT EUCLID, O Funeral services were held Thursday, January 9, at 2 p.m. at the Latter Day Saint church at Beaverton for Mrs. Caroline McKimmy, conducted by Rev. Arthur L. Warner, pastor of the Church of the Brethren. Burial was at the Beaverton cemetery. Caroline Scholl, born November 15, 1861, in Lenawee county, was married September 23, 1883, to Jasper McKimmy, who died June 20, 1930, after an illness of 16 years. They were the parents of eight children. She died at the home of her son, Raymond McKimmy, at Euclid, Ohio, January 6, 1936. She had been a member of the Church of the Brethren 50 years. The McKimmys made their home on a farm in Grout township and later moved to Beaverton city, where they lived 10 years. Surviving her are three sons and one daughter, Clarence of Beaverton, Willard and Raymond, and Miss Alta McKimmy, of Euclid, Ohio.
