LOUIS MICHAUD, 95, DIED SUNDAY

   One of Gladwin County oldest residents died this week. Louis H. Michaud, 
95, passed away Sunday at the home of Herbert Peterson of Beaverton after an 
illness of three years. Born in New York state on March 22, 1865, Mrs. Michaud 
came to Gladwin county in 1912 to make his home. He retired from farming 
several years ago.
   His survivors include two sons, Louis of Detroit and Fred of California; a 
daughter, Mrs. Pearl Turner, of Detroit; six grandchildren and seven great 
grandchildren. A son, Dr. W. H. Michaud, preceded his father in death on May 8 
of this year.
   Services were held at the Hall Funeral Home Tuesday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. 
Ross Tracy officiating. Burial was in Dale cemetery.
