Mishler, 68, of Beaverton, died Saturday, Dec. 27, at her home at 1855 Glidden Road, after a long illness. Born in Arcadia, Neb., on June 28, 1907, she had lived in Gladwin County 56 years. Mrs. Mishler was a member of the Beaverton Church of the Brethren and had taught in the Beaverton school system 12 years before retiring. She was married to Landa Mishler on April 28, 1928, in Beaverton. He preceded her in death on May 11, 1965. Survivors include three sons, Robert of Beaverton, James of Chesaning and Richard of Ann Arbor; two daughters, Mrs. Donald (Nancy) Shaffer and Mrs. Dennis (Mary Ella) Agin of Beaverton; one brother, Harry Stern of Arizona; one sister Elva Hoisington of California; 24 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Services were held Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. from the Beaverton Church of the Brethren. The Rev. Henry List officiated and burial was in the Dale Cemetery. Arrangements were in charge of the Hall Funeral Home.
