Olan B. Mishler, 54, of Columbiaville and formerly of Beaverton, died Dec. 22, 
in St. Joseph Hospital, Flint, after an illness of four months. Born in 
Beaverton Aug. 15, 1930, he graduated from Beaverton High School and received 
his bachelor's and master's degree from Michigan State University. He was 
assistant principal at Lakeville High School 27 years until illness force him 
to retire Aug. 6. He was married to the former Vivian Huggett in Gladwin.
   Besides his wife, he is survived by 2 sons, Dan of Hartland and Doug of 
Grand Rapids; and 3 daughters, Mrs. Jeff (Paula) Goyt of Harrison, Trina of 
Flint and Pam at home. A memorial service was held in Columbiaville.
