The Rev. Carl Hilbert officiated at the service and was assisted by the Rev. Clyde Marshall, of the Pilgrim Holiness church in Coleman. Burial was made in Dale Cemetery. Mr. Mishler was born January 31, 1900 at North Manchester, Indiana, the son of the late Henry and Ella Mishler. In 1914 he came with his parents to Gladwin County and spent the remainder of his life here. On December 20, 1919 he was married to the former Miss Nora Bergman at Beaverton. He was a member of the Beaverton Church of the Brethren and served on the board of education of the Beaverton Rural School for several years. He was employed at Robinson Industries until he became ill several months ago. Surviving him are his wife Nora; two sons, Paul Jr., of Beaverton, and Olan of Otisville; two daughters Mrs. Vivian Brugger, of Coleman, and Mrs. Laveria Kennedy, of Saginaw; a brother, Landa Mishler of Mt. Pleasant; two sisters, Mrs. Lester McKimmy and Mrs. Howard Malcomnson, of Beaverton; and 13 grandchildren.
