MOLTER John J. Molter, 7, passed away Friday evening at his home in Beaverton following a lingering illness. He was born in Huron County on October 13, 1878, the son of Jacob and Rosa Molter. He moved to Gladwin County in 1895 and has resided here since. On October 20, 1908, he married Mrs. Cora Mercer who died in August 1935. In March 1936 he married Mrs. Mabel McCormick, who died a few years later. He is survived by three sisters, Mrs. George Hooper of Beaverton, Mrs. Lavina O'Neill of California and Mrs. Mable Watson of Chicago; one brother, Alfred Molter of Mullberry Grove, Ill. Mr. Molter was a member of the Reorganized Church of Latter Day Saints of Jesus Christ and of the Beaverton F. & A.M. Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. at the Beaverton L.D.S. Church with Elder Albert Seymour officiating. Burial was made in the Dale cemetery.
