B. Joseph Moore, 70, of 2998 Calhoun Rd., Beaverton, died Tuesday, February 15 
at the Gladwin Area Hospital following a short illness. Born in Howard City, 
January 29, 1907, he was employed at Fisher Body Fleetwood Division, Detroit, 
and lived in Lincoln Park before moving to Gladwin County 10 years ago. Active 
in the Boy Scouts of America, he was also a life member of the National Rifle 
Association. Mr. Moore and his wife the former Eva Sybert were married May 14, 
1929, in Bowling Green, Ohio, and she suvives him. 
   Other survivors are a daughter, Miss Mary Moore, of Davisburg; 2 sons, Don 
of Ypsilanti, and John of Lincoln Park; a sister, Mrs. Georgia Stressman of 
Grand Rapids; and 5 grandchildren. Services were held Friday at 2 p.m. at Hall 
Funeral Home - Beaverton Chapel with the Rev. David Frederick officiating and 
burial was in Dale Cemetery.
