Eva L. Moore, 94, of Beaverton, Michigan passed away Aug. 3, 2003 at the 
Gladwin Living Centre in Gladwin, Michigan. She was born Sept. 10, 1908 to 
Simon and Racheal (Rogers) Syfert in Herrick, Illinois 
She was a homemaker who moved to Gladwin in 1967, having previously lived in 
Lincoln Park. 
She married B. Joseph Moore on May 14, 1929 in Bowling Green, Ohio; he 
preceded her in death in 1977. 
   She is survived by her daughter Miss Mary Moore of White Lake; sons Don 
(Kris) Moore of Milan and John Moore of Detroit; seven grandchildren; several 
great-grandchildren; sister Jessie Landers of Herrick, Illinois; brother Nobel 
Syfert of Herrick, Illinois; several nieces and nephews; and the beautiful 
Wagner family. 
   She was predeceased by her parents, son David, and granddaughter June 
Moore. 
Funeral services will be held today (Wednesday, Aug. 6) at 1 p.m. at Hall 
Funeral Home in Beaverton with Pastor Lynn Chappell officiating. Burial will 
take place in Tobacco Township (Dale) Cemetery in Beaverton. Visitation will 
take place today from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
