PETER NIEDERLANDER

   Funeral services were from the Methodist church at Beaverton, Monday for 
Peter Niederlander, Rev. B. F. Wade officiating. Burial services were at 
Beaverton cemetery. Son of John and Madeleine Niederlander, he was born Dec. 
17, 1856 in Bavaria, Germany. In 1880 he married Louise Kettmann. They came to 
America in 1880, first residing in Hoosac Falls, N. Y., then Brooklyn. About 
38 years ago they came to Beaverton, Michigan, located on a farm near 
Beaverton until 1910 when after a couple of years in Yonkers, N. Y., they 
moved to Beaverton City, which has been their home since.
   Mr. Niederlander died Friday, April 9. Besides his widow he leaves two 
brothers. Paul and George of Brooklyn, N. Y., three other brothers having 
preceded him in death.
