SERVICE TODAY FOR MRS. OHMART

   Mrs. Jessie M. Ohmart, 71, passed away at the Gladwin Nursing Home after an 
illness of eight months. Jessie Heeter was born in North Manchester, Ind., on 
November 12, 1883 and married Alfred Ohmart on January 19, 1901. They came to 
Gladwin county in 1911 and moved to the city of Beaverton in 1943. Her husband 
preceded her in death in 1950. Mrs. Ohmart was a member of the Church of the 
Brethren.
   She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Grace Rondo of Saginaw, Mrs. Helen 
Graff of Hart and Mrs. Esther Taylor of Roscommon; a son, Alvin Rise of Lake; 
two brothers, Glen and Earl Heeter, both of North Manchester, Ind., three 
grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
   Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. this afternoon (Wednesday) at the 
Beaverton Church of the Brethren with the Rev. Ernest Jehnsen officiating with 
burial in the Dale cemetery.
