EVANGELINE G. OLIVER

   Evangeline G. Oliver, 89, of Beaverton, died Saturday, Nov. 24, 2001 at the 
Gladwin Pines Nursing Home following a lingering illness. Born June 2, 1912 in 
Ortonville, she was the daughter of the late Will J. and Frances M. (Walter) 
Ball. Evangeline married Harold Oliver, May 18, 1936 in Royal Oak. He preceded 
her in death Feb. 15, 1993. She was a caregiver to the elderly. 
   Surviving are three daughters, Janet and husband Jim Sheahan of Midland, 
Donna and husband Tony Largent of Port Hope, and Shirley and husband Phil 
Uridge of Holly; seven grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren. She was 
preceded in death by three sisters. 
   Services were held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Sisson Funeral Home with Rev. 
David Stout officiating. Burial was in Beaverton City Cemetery. Memorials may 
be made out to Hospice of Gladwin.
