HEART ATTACK FATAL TO SAGE MAN

   George H. Paradise, 73, of Sage Township, died of a heart attack at his 
home Tuesday, August 23. He was born on August 23, 1885, in Bay City, and 
married Mrs. Hanna Baker in Bay City on August 26, 1940. She preceded him in 
death on May 31, 1958. Mr. Paradise was a retired commercial fisherman and had 
been a Gladwin County resident for 10 years.
   Surviving is one brother Thomas, of Bay City, one nephew and five nieces. 
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, August 26, at 1 p.m. at the Miner 
Funeral Home. The Rev. Burdette Faulk officiated and burial was  in the 
Beaverton cemetery.
