SHORT ILLNESS TAKES MRS. HANNA PARADISE

   Mrs. Hanna Victoria Paradise, 68, of 358 W. Brown Street, Beaverton, died 
at her home on Saturday, May 31 after a short illness. She was born in Bay 
County on Aug. 26, 1890. The former Mrs. Hanna Petee Baker, she was married to 
George Paradise on August 26, 1940, in Bay City. She moved to Beaverton about 
two weeks ago from Chappel Dam.
   Surviving are her husband, George; three sons, Kenneth Baker, of Gladwin, 
George W. Baker of Flint, and Charles Baker, of Swartz Creek; one daughter, 
Mrs. Evelyn Deiner, of Flint; three sisters, Mrs. Delores Coronando of San 
Francisco, Calif., Mrs. Mary Stevens and Mrs. Eva Pittsley, of Flint; eight 
grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
   Funeral services were held on Monday afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Miner 
Funeral Home, the Rev. Burdette Faulk officiating. Burial was in Beaverton 
cemetery.
