HENRY PATTEEN

Henry G. Patteen, 83, of Coleman, died July 3, at a Livonia nursing home, 
following a long illness. Born in Belgium July 18, 1889, he was a farmer in 
Beaverton Township, in the Lyle area, moving to Coleman in 1959. Mr. Patteen 
and the former Mary E. Crockett were married September 3, 1912, in Pontiac, 
and she died January 9, 1956. He was a member of the Senior Citizens Club.
   Surviving are 3 daughters; 2 sons; a sister, and 2 half-sisters. Services 
were held Friday at 2:00 p.m. at Hall Funeral Home, Beaverton, with the Rev. 
F. E. Voller officiating and burial was in the Beaverton Cemetery.
