Mrs. Myrtle B. (Snyder) Perkins, 83, of 1180 W. Dale Rd., Beaverton, died 
Monday, June 3, 1991, in the MidMichigan Regional Medical Center, Midland, 
after a short illness. Born in Beaverton, March 12, 1908, she lived in Tobacco 
Township until 1927 and returned to Gladwin County in 1965 when she moved from 
Flint. She was a member of the Dale United Methodist Church, the United 
Methodist Women, Dale Ladies Aid and the home extension group. The former 
Myrtle Snyder, she married Don Perkins on June 28, 1934 in Beaverton. He 
preceded her in death Sept. 16, 1988.
   She is survived by 2 daughters, Mrs. C. L. (Sally) Bergman of Flushing, and 
Mrs. Walter (Jean) Engberg of Flint; 6 grandchildren and 7 great 
grandchildren. Rites will be held Thursday, June 6, at 10 a.m. from the Dale 
United Methodist Church. The Rev. Janet Larner will officiate and burial will 
be in the Dale Cemetery, Tobacco Township. Arrangements were in charge of the 
Hall Funeral Home.
