Gladwin County Record
James H. Pruden, age 37, of Beaverton died May 7, 2004 at MidMichigan Medical 
Center following a sudden illness. He was born March 21, 1967 in Southfield to 
James & Nancy (Aubry) Pruden. He was a landscaper at Nor-Pro Landscaping in 
Gladwin. He lived in Gladwin County for two years, having previously lived in 
Northbranch. 
He is survived by his parents, James and Nancy Pruden of Beaverton; his sister 
Laura (Blaze) Podvin of Northbranch; his brother Bret (Cindy) Pruden of 
Deerfield; nieces Cassidy Podvin, Katrina Podvin, both of Northbranch, and 
Morgan Pruden of Deerfield; nephews Jacob Pruden and Nate Pruden, both of 
Deerfield; and his grandmother Dorothy Aubry of Whitelake. 
Funeral services were held at Hall Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 11 at 2 p.m. 
with Rev. Karen Blatt officiating. Burial took place at Beaverton Cemetery in 
Beaverton.
