QUELLETTE Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Beaverton Church of the Brethren for Mrs. Bertha May Quellette, 83, who died Saturday at the Kings Daughters Home in Midland after an illness of two years. The Rev. Randall Roose officiated and burial was in Dale Cemetery. Born on August 24, 1878, in Fulton County, Ohio, she was married to Elmer L. Quellette on Dec. 2, 1896 in Lyons, Ohio. He preceded her in death in December, 1956. Survivors include three sons, Harvey of Portland, Lyle and Lloyd, of Saginaw; six daughters, Mrs. Laverne Staley of Saginaw, Mrs. Ida Young of Traverse City, Mrs. Alma Butscher of Albuquerque, N.M., Mrs. Fern Cruickshank of Gladwin, Mrs. Muriel Penney of Appleton, Wis., and Mrs. Nora Rogers of Midland; a sister, Mrs. Lucy Onweller, of Beaverton; 21 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
