Mr. Quillet, a retired farmer, had been a resident of Gladwin County for the past 69 years. Born Nov. 7, 1882, in Stryker, Ohio, he was the son of Henry and Elizabeth Quillet. He was married to Mrs. Maude A. Miller in Beaverton Nov. 17, 1957. Survivors are his wife, Maude; two daughters, Mrs. Chris Leuenberger and Mrs. Harold Walters, of Beaverton; two step-daughters, Mrs. John Jardis of Midland and Mrs. William Snider of Gaylord; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A son, Harland, preceded him in death. Services were held at the Dale Methodist Church Aug. 22 at 2:00 p.m. The Rev. Lee Long and the Rev. F. E. Voller officiated and interment was in the Dale Cemetery.
