Gladwin County Record dated 03-16/1906 Column - 4 Page - 1
RACHEL---At his home in Beaverton township, March 4; Peter Rachel died aged 70 
years, old age being the cause of death. Mr. Rachel was born in Germany, and 
came to this country and took up his residence in Beaverton township 20 years 
ago. His wife and five children mourn his loss. Funeral services were 
conducted by Rev. Austin. Interment in Beaverton cemetery.
