Twenty-two years ago she came to Beaverton, Mich., with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Ray, where she grew to young womanhood. She was married to John Rinehart, April 6, 1915, at Chilloche, Ohio, and after a year and a half she and her husband moved back to Beaverton where the remainder of her life has been spent. She was the mother of four children, three of whom are living, and one little blossom went with its mother. In the year 1912 she united with the Church of the Brethren and although of late years her family cares did not permit her to attend church services she still remained faithful and it was her earnest desire to raise her children in the church. It is hard to understand how it could be God's will to take away so good a wife and mother from her family but we know we can safely trust in our Father in Heaven to do what is best for us all. Effie leaves her husband, three children, her father and mother, two brothers and four sisters besides many other relatives and many friends and neighbors to mourn her early death. Funeral was held at the Church of the Brethren, Thursday at 3 o'clock. Burial at Dale cemetery.
