Donald G. Ross, 78, of 104 E. Knox St., Beaverton, died Saturday, April 13, in 
the Gladwin Nursing Home following a long illness. Born in Itasea County, 
Minn, Nov. 16, 1906, he spent most of his life in Gladwin County. He was a 
member of the Beaverton Presbyterian Church, past master and life member of 
Masonic Lodge 453. Mr. Ross was married to the former June Oliver May 13, 1938 
in Ashley, Ind.
   Besides his wife, he is survived by one brother, Walter, of Beaverton; and 
one sister, Mrs. Marian Paulus of Breckenridge. Services were held Monday at 2 
p.m. from the Hall Funeral Home, Beaverton Chapel. The Rev. Aaron Davies 
officiated and burial was in the Dale Cemetey. A Masonic Memorial service was 
held Sunday at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
