IVA SANBORN

   Mrs. Iva Sandborn, of Beaverton, died Monday, May 19, at the Schnepp 
Nursing Home, Beaverton. The former Iva Heslop was a retired school teacher. 
Funeral arrangements were incomplete at press time. Gladwin County Record

IVA SANBORN

   Mrs. Iva M. Sanborn, 83, of Beaverton, died Monday, May 19, in the Schnepp 
Nursing Home after a short illness. Born in Manistique on Jan. 20, 1892, she 
had lived in Gladwin County for 30 years. Mrs. Sanborn was a retired school 
teacher and had taught in the Detroit, Muskegon and Beaverton school systems.
   Surviving is one son, Robert of Muskegon. Rites were held Thursday at 1 
p.m. from the Hall Funeral Home in Beaverton. The Rev. Zina Bennett officiated 
and burial was in the Beaverton Cemetery. Gladwin County Record dated 05-
