Gladwin County Record dated 10-11/1928 Column - 3 Page - 4
Clarence, 20 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Claud Smith of Beaverton, passed 
away at his home Sunday, Oct. 7, after a lingering illness of diabetes. 
Clarence was born and grew to manhood here and has many friends who grieve his 
early death. Much sympathy is extended ot the bereaved ones.
