Gladwin County Record dated 12-25/1913 Column - 6 Page - 1
Lovina M., wife of Almon Smith, died at their home in Tobacco township of 
cerebal hemorrhage, Dec. 10. She was born in Somerset county, Penn., May 18, 
1837, and was a daugther of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Myers. She was married to Almon 
Smith, May 16, 1858. Five children ten grandchildren, three brothers and four 
sisters survive her. For years she has been a faithful Christian. Funeral 
services were held at the Tobacco town hall. Interment in Dale cemetery.
