Gladwin County Record dated 07-11/1990 Column - 3 Page - 2 
Marion Snyder, 84, of Lupton, died Saturday, June 30, 1990, at her home. She 
was married to George Synder, April 18, 1925, in Houghton Lake. He preceded 
her in death in December 1980. Surviving are 2 sons, George of Auburn and 
Robert of Hawaii; 5 daughters, Delores Nelson, Jean Short and Carmen Winslow 
of Midland, Shirley Wilson of Harrison and Linda Thurlow of Gladwin; one 
brother, Paul Herendeen of Zephyrhills, Fla; one sister, Lena Kipfmiller of 
Miller; 25 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren and 3 great, great 
grandchildren. 
   Rites were held July 3, at 11 a.m. from the Steuernol-Axford-McLaren 
Funeral Home in West Branch. Pastor Malcolm Wilson, Jr. and Jonathan Hoerauf 
officiated and burial was in the Tobacco Township Cemetery.
