SERVICES HELD FOR BESSIE STEWART

   Bessie L. Stewart, 81, of Gladwin, died Friday, Nov. 8, at the Gladwin 
Hospital following a short illness. Born in Kentucky on March 7, 1887, she had 
been a resident of Gladwin County since 1921. She was married to James Stewart 
on Feb. 2, 1903, in Whiting, Mo. He preceded her in death in February 1964. 
Services were held Monday at 3 p.m. from the Miner Chapel. The Rev. Carl 
Briggs officiated and burial was in the Dale Cemetery.
