Verna N. Thompson of 239 N. Townsend, Gladwin, born 7/25/1891, died
4/21/1971 at Jodenan Nursing Home in West Branch. She was born in Sanilac
County to John Parker Gray and Addie May (Davis) Gray and moved to Gladwin
as a child. She married Joseph R. Thompson in 1935. Her siblings include
Russell, Floyd and Everton Gray and Flossie M. Locke. Burial was in Highland
Cemetery in Gladwin.
