Wentworth, 54, one of Gladwin County's best known businessman, died Monday evening in University Hospital, Ann Arbor, following a four-months illness. A resident of Tobacco Township, Mr Wentworth had been a fuel and gasoline distributor for many years and made many friends and acquaintances throughtout the county. Born July 25, 1910, in Berrien County, he had been a resident of Gladwin County for 48 years. He was the son of Ora and Lydia Wentworth. Mr. Wentworth and the former Miss Helen Myers were married November 27, 1928 in Findlay, Ohio. Survivors are his wife Helen; two brothers, Roy of Clare, his twin, and William of Battle Creek; and one sister, Mrs. Ruth Burgett, of Galesburg. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. at the Beaverton Methodist Church with the Rev. Gordon Showers officiating. Interment will be in the Dale Cemetery.
