THELMA L. WILLIAMS

   Thelma L. Williams, 82, of Beaverton, died Sunday, June 28, 1998 at Gladwin 
Living Centre in Gladwin after a short illness. Born Oct. 9, 1915 in 
Stockbridge, she lived in Gladwin since 1989, and previously lived in Lansing. 
Thelma married Harry Williams, Sept. 17, 1938 in Detroit. She was a 
beautician, and a member of the Beaverton Methodist Church.
   Besides her husband she is survived by one son, John and wife JoAnn of 
Beaverton; two grandchildren, Jason Williams of Auburn, and James and wife 
Barbara Williams of Beaverton; and one great-granddaughter, Stephanie Williams 
of Beaverton. He was preceded in death by his parents.
   Services will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow (Thursday) at Hall Funeral Home, 
Beaverton Chapel with Rev. David Stewart officiating. Burial will be in 
Beaverton Cemetery. Visitation will be today (Wednesday) noon until 9 p.m.
