BERNIECE E. WOOD

   Berniece E. Wood, 74, of Beaverton passed away Nov. 3, 2003 at Tender Care 
Nursing Home in Clare following a long illness. She was born March 9, 1929 to 
Ellis and Velma (Cochran) McKimmy in Gladwin. She married Darrel Wood on Aug. 
21, 1948 in Beaverton; he preceded her in death in 1998. The lifetime resident 
was a member of the Eastern Stars and Beaverton Methodist Church.
   Berniece is survived by two sons, Larry Wood of Beaverton and Gary (Kari) 
Wood of Casnovia, Michigan, and her sister Madonna Sherlock of Beaverton. In 
addition to her husband, Berniece was preceded by her parents and her grandson 
Shawn Wood in 1977. According to the wishes of the family, cremation has taken 
place. Arrangements were handled by Hall Funeral Home.

Note: Obituary is missing Jennifer Ann Wood as a Survivor. Granddaughter of: 
Darrel & Berniece E. (McKimmy) Wood.
