Gladwin County Record 
MABLE YAGER

   Mable Yager, 85, of Beaverton, passed away Jan. 16, 2004 at Mid Michigan 
Medical Center in Midland after a short illness. She was born Nov. 9, 1918 to 
Charles and Bertha (Kushmaul) Stillwagon in Coleman. She married Rolland Yager 
on June 17, 1938, he preceded her in death in 2001. She was co-owner and 
operator of Yager Construction, retiring in 1980. She was a member of the 
Beaverton Church of the Nazarene.
   She is survived by her sons, Ron (Cathy) Yager of Houghton Lake and Mickey 
Yager of Beaverton; six grandchildren; eight Great grandchildren; sister, 
Margaret Benchley of Clare; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded 
in death by her husband; one brother and two sisters. Funeral Services were 
held Jan. 19, 2004 at Hall Funeral Home in Beaverton, with Rev. Mark H. Moore 
officiating.
