Gladwin County Obituary:
The burial services of Chancey Powley, youngest son of John P. and Francis
Powley, took place Wednesday, Nov. 18. He died of quinsy Tuesday, the 17th, and
was buried without funeral services, as it was feared the disease might be
contagious.
