The body was brought to Gladwin April 4 and taken to the home of his mother-in-law, Mrs. Alberta Horner. Services were held at the Methodist Episcopal church Sunday morning at 11 o'clock, conducted by Rev. J. H. Cornelius. Prayer was offered and scripture lesson read by Rev. A. J. Hetter. Interment took place at the Ridge cemetery where burial services by the I.O.O.F. were rendered impressively by Noble Grand Willis, E. S. Smith and Chaplain R. J. Smith, assisted by over 100 brother Odd Fellows. Erving E. Reigle was born in Sandusky county, Ohio, Oct. 28, 1885, and died at his home in Flint, April 2, 1918 aged 32 years, five months and five days. In 1886, he, with his parents, moved to Gladwin township, where he grew to manhood and won many friends by his genial disposition. He was married to Miss Mella Horner, Aug. 21, 1910, to them being born one son. In December 1916, Mr. and Mrs. Reigle moved to Flint where Mr. Reigle was employed by the Dort Motor Co. He was taken sick with typhoid fever Fev. 16 which proved fatal, death occuring just 10 days after the death of his father. He is survived by his wife and son, his mother, Mrs. James Reigle, of Gladwin township, six brothers and two sisters, Mrs. Ellen Smith, Will and Fred Reigle of Cleveland, O., Mrs. Charles Babcock, Wesley, Frank, George and Clarence Reigle of Gladwin township and many other relatives and friends.
