KATE DONAT REIGLE Mrs. Kate Donat Reigle was born at Tamaqua Schulkill county, Pa., Oct. 10, 1857, and died at the home of her son Clarencee, 808 Stockton street, Flint, Saturday, July 10, 1926, aged 68 years and 9 months. She was married to James Reigle in 1870 and came to Gladwin, Michigan in 1885 and settled on their farm in Section Eight. He departed this life March 27, 1917, after which she made her home with her son Clarence. To this union were born ten children, eight of whom are living; Mrs. Ellen Urback of Canton, Ohio; Wesley, Frank and Mrs. Matilda Babcock and Clarence of Flint and George Reigle of Gladwin. Erwing and Clara preceded her in death. Besides her children, she leaves one brother and sister of Pennslyvania and 30 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Her remains were brought to the home of her granddaughter, Mrs. Ottis Shamel, Sunday afternoon. Her six grandsons acted as pallbearers, John, Louis and L. Z. Reigle, James and Sidney Babcock and Herbert Woods. Funeral services were held at the Wagarville M. E. church Monday at 10:30, conducted by Rev. Peck.
