Coopersville Observer, Oct. 24, 1930
  Ferdinand FROMHOLZ, 86, father of Ferd FROMHOLZ of Coopersville, died at his 
home in Traverse City last week. He had resided near Traverse City for more 
than half a century.  Besides his son, Ferd, he leaves a widow, 7 children, 26 
grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Funeral services were held Friday 
afternoon.
