On Dec. 31, 1922 in Traverse City she married Walter Dean Glendenning who preceded her in death in 1986. --- She also was preceded in death by three brothers, Guy, Victor and Major Vandervort and one sister, Veda Reichard. --- She is survived by two sons, Walter P. Glendenning of Traverse City and Major D. Glendenning of St. Joseph, nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. --- Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Covell-Smith Funeral Home in Kingsley, where friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 today. The Rev. Bruce R. Kintigh will officiate. Burial will be in the Barnum Cemetery, Mayfield.
