Vandervort, 48, resident of this city for many years died Sunday noon at Boardman Valley hospital following a long illness. --- Mr. Vandervort was born in Mayfield June 16th. 1896, and lived in this community his entire life. --- He leaves to mourn their loss two sisters, Mrs. C. E. Reichard of Minneapolis, Minn., and Mrs. W. D. Glendenning of Benton Harbor, and a brother, Victor of Coloma. --- The body was taken to the Hibbard Chapel where services will be held Tuesday afternoon at two-thirty with the Rev. Little of Cadillac officiating. Burial will be made in the family lot at Mayfield cemetery. --------------------------------------- 4 Aug. 1944 - Burial At Mayfield - Funeral services for Major L.
