Boyd, Daniel Martin "Uncle Dan"  
 
TRAVERSE CITY — Daniel Martin "Uncle Dan" Boyd, 40, died suddenly after an 
automobile accident on Friday, July 14, 2006.

Dan was born on March 26, 1966, in Traverse City, to G. Larry Boyd and Marie 
(Maxbauer) Corsaut. Danny worked in the heating and air conditioning business. 
He liked doing thing with his many friends.

Danny loved animals, enjoyed hunting, camping, canoeing, fishing, and just 
jammin' on the drums. "Uncle Dan" especially enjoyed being with his nieces and 
nephews. Danny will be deeply and dearly missed.



Danny was preceded in death by his grandparents, Doris and George Boyd and John 
Maxbauer Sr.; and his brother, John Hebert.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 18, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Reynolds-
Jonkhoff Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am Wednesday, July 19, with visitation one 
hour prior, at the funeral home. The Rev. Paul Bundy will officiate.

Memorial donations may be directed to St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital or 
the Cherryland Humane Society.
