     TRAVERSE CITY - Mareena Lyn Tomei, 6, of Traverse City, passed away 
Monday, Oct. 18, 2004, at Munson Medical Center.
      Mareena was born in Traverse City on Nov. 25, 1997, to John and Brenda 
(Stachnik) Tomei.
      She is survived by her parents; brother, Logan Kenley Tomei; 
grandparents, Darwin and Maxine Stachnik of Maple City, Antonio and Marge Tomei 
of Traverse City and Carolyn and Gary Michel of Traverse City; and many aunts, 
uncles and cousins, who will all miss her very much.
      Visitation will be held today, Oct. 20, 2004, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the 
Covell Funeral Home in Traverse City. Funeral services will be Thursday, Oct. 
21, 2004, at 11 a.m., also at the funeral home, with Father Bill Lipscomb 
officiating.
      Memorials may be made in Mareena's name to the Ronald McDonald House.
      Arrangements have been entrusted to the Covell Funeral Home in Traverse 
City.
