Trista E. Schroeter
      Died April 21, 1999
      INTERLOCHEN - Trista E. Schroeter, 14, of Interlochen, died Wednesday at 
home.
      Born Jan. 16, 1985, she was the daughter of James W. and Paulitte G. 
(Grundy) Schroeter.
      Home schooled this year, Trista had been a student at Interlochen 
Elementary School and Traverse City West Junior High School. She loved 
collecting Beanie Babies and reading.
      Survivors include her parents, James and Paulitte Schroeter of 
Interlochen; a sister, Arlene (Richard) Killeen of Interlochen; a brother, 
William J. (Tracey) Schroeter of Interlochen; maternal grandmother, Barbara 
Grundy of Interlochen; paternal grandmother, Helen Schroeter of Interlochen; 
and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
      She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Robert Grundy; and 
her paternal grandfather, William Schroeter.
      Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Bennett-
Jonkhoff Funeral Home in Beulah. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. 
Saturday at the funeral home. Pastor Butch McCrimmon will officiate. Burial 
will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
      Memorials may be directed to the Arthritis Foundation.
