Nellie was born August 1, 1858 in Shiawassee, MI and died March 8, 1925 in Grand Traverse Co., MI. George died Aug 16, 1928 in Old Mission, Grand Traverse Co., MI. George served in the Civil War in Co. I 17th Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry and again in Co. 14th Michigan Battery Lt. Artillery.
