Note:  Jesse Franklin Billiau was the son of Herman Fredrick William and 
Georgia Anna (Detwiler) Billiau born December 3, 1927 in Petosky, Emmet Co., 
MI and passed away on February 21, 1999 St. Louis, Gratiot Co., MI.   He 
married Lois Loraine Kesby on May 28, 1952 in Angola, Indiana.  They were the 
parents of Alan, Nancy, Tina, Leroy, Tammy, Loyal and Teresa Billiau.

Lois Loraine Kesby was the daughter of Clarence and Loraine (Kuhns) Kesby.  
She was born May 9, 1934 Shiawassee Co., MI and passed away December 14, 2006 
Mount Pleasant, Isabella Co., MI.
