Note:  Death certificate shows Cornelius Doty was the son of Benjamin Doty 
(NY) and Achra(?) Holiday (NY) male, white, married, retired farmer, born 
April 21, 1847 Michigan and died on April 26, 1912 St. Louis, Gratiot Co., MI 
at the age of 65 years and 5 days, cause of death Myelitis. Informant Gerald 
Doty St. Louis, Mich. Burial was on April 29, 1912 St. Louis, MI. 

Caroline Doty headstone had a lot of moss all over the front of it. After 
cleaning it off, inscription was still diffiuclt to read as you can tell from 
the photo. 

Beulah Doty headstone also quite faded and hard to read. Cornelius Doty 
headstone was in much better condition.
